How do I arrange my storage?
Either fill out and send the form on the contact page or get a quote page.
Email or call us with your name, address and mobile number, and number of boxes you think you will need, and roughly when you would like them.

Can I ask for extra boxes?
Yes please do – we prefer you ask for more than you think you need, so that we don’t need to bring you extra half-way through your packing! Please just return any unused boxes when we collect the full ones.

When do I pay for my storage?
We request payment of £30 when we deliver the empty boxes and tape to you.
We will then request the full storage charge, less the £30, when we collect your full boxes and any unused boxes.

How do I pay?
You can pay either by Cash or by credit/debit card

I have a lot of heavy items - is that all right?
Yes provided you don’t put them all in the same box – spread heavier items, including books, through a number of boxes – you should be able to carry your boxes yourself!

Can you collect other boxes, suitcases etc?
Yes we can. The price charged will depend on the size of the items compared to our boxes

Can you deliver elsewhere than St Andrews?
Near St Andrews we may arrange to deliver, possibly at an extra charge based on distance. Further afield we suggest you ask a courier/parcel company like Parcel Force to collect from us and deliver to you. They will email you labels which you can forward to us and we will print them and attach them to your boxes etc.
