How do I get a quote and organise delivery?
Either fill out and send the form on the contact page or get a quote page.
You can also email us with your name, address and mobile number, the number of boxes you think you will need and roughly when you would like them delivered

Do you provide boxes and tape?
Yes!
We’ll deliver boxes to you with a roll of tape as well. Simple.
Our boxes are bigger than most storage companies in town. They are 20 x 18 x 18 inches which is about 50 x 45.5 x 45.5 cm

Can I ask for extra boxes?
Yes please do! We prefer you ask for more than you think you need then you can just return any unused boxes when we collect the full ones, free of charge

When do I pay for my storage?
We will send over an invoice with a payment link when we collect your full boxes, nothing to pay in advance!

I have a lot of heavy items - is that all right?
Yes provided you don’t put them all in the same box – spread heavier items, including books, through a number of boxes – you should be able to carry your boxes yourself!

Can you collect other boxes, suitcases etc?
Yes absolutely. The price charged will depend on the size of the items compared to our boxes, usually a medium sized case is £6 and a larger case is £8

Can you deliver elsewhere than St Andrews?
Near St Andrews we may arrange to deliver at an extra charge based on distance. Further afield we suggest you ask a courier/parcel company like Parcel Force to collect from us and deliver to you. They will email you labels which you can forward to us and we will print them and attach them to your boxes

Where do you collect from / deliver to?
We collect from the ground floor of private flats and the reception of any student halls
This is the same for delivery, we’ll drop off to receptions and the ground floor of your flat

How does booking in a time slot work?
You don’t have to wait in all day for a collection or delivery from us!
We will give you an hours slot on a day that suits you, from 9am-4:30pm Monday – Friday
Brian, our driver, will call you when he is on his way so you can be ready and not have to do any waiting around

What if I need to extend?
Not a problem, just let us know how much longer you would like to store your things and we’ll send over another invoice

Can I drop off or collect my boxes?
We’ll deliver the empty boxes, collect the full ones and deliver them back to you
We can’t have you collecting or dropping off your own boxes
